Service
Sampsons provides a clothing care membership service with scheduled collections, cleaning, and delivery. Services are fulfilled through professional partner laundries and cleaners.
Membership & Billing

Memberships are billed monthly in advance.

Weekly prices shown are for clarity only.

Extras (beyond plan allowance) will be billed separately.
Collections & Deliveries

Collections: Tuesday or Thursday (assigned per member).

Deliveries: typically within 48 hours of collection.

Customers must ensure items are ready at the agreed pickup point.
Garment Care & Liability

Garments are cleaned following the care labels provided. Items without care labels, or deemed unsuitable for cleaning, are processed at the customer’s risk.

While care is taken, Sampsons and its partners accept no responsibility for normal wear and tear, colour loss, shrinkage, or minor damage arising from standard cleaning processes.

Liability for lost or damaged items is capped at £30 per item, or 5× the cleaning cost, whichever is lower.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose items left in pockets, or for accessories (buttons, zips, trims).
Refunds & Cancellations

Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle.

If Sampsons fails to provide a collection or delivery, a rebooking will be offered at no cost.
Customer Responsibilities

Remove all valuables and hazardous items from garments before collection.

Ensure garments are correctly bagged in the Sampsons tote or covers provided.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or service failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. strikes, traffic, extreme weather).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
