Long History of Technological Innovation
The company was established in 1917 and the beginning of gaskets and sealing production dates back to 1919, which was further expanded by friction and rubber materials in the 1920's.

During the period of national changes in 1993, the company has been privatised by a Dutch group DNI Holding B.V. In the beginning of the 90's development and manufacturing of non-asbestos composite fibre sheets was started.

From 1997, the company has been incorporated into a Dutch stock-exchange listed group Royal Econosto. In subsequent years, an extensive technology transfer from the UK and the Netherlands mainly in metallic and semi-metallic gaskets has taken place as well as further expansion of R&D in composite fibre sheet jointing. As of 2006, the company is independent and it is owned by a Dutch investment group, that supports the strategy of further expansion of market positions in key European markets and high-quality manufacturing in combination with growing international outsourcing.

Temasil HT BS7531 Grade 'X' A new type of environmentally friendly jointing sheets with excellent resistance against steam with higher parameters. The jointing sheet contains a high-quality mixture of mineral and aramid fibres joint by NBR rubber. Based on the composition of the jointing sheet, it is primarily suitable to be used for steam with higher parameters. Temasil NG Wire Reinforced A new generation of fibrous and rubber jointing sheets with metallic wire reinforcement, formed by a special filler and adjusted NBR mixture predetermines the application of these sheets whenever the stress is laid on flexibility with a perfectly smooth surface. The new technology used is environmentally friendly with a reasonable price under excellent working conditions.
