Style A20 PTFE impregnated braided pure expanded flexible graphite twisted yarn with an inert lubricant provides a superb sealability, high plasticity and compactibility, and able to perfectly control pump leakage through tome. The high density of this packing provides an excellent anti-extrusion feature.

Pure expanded flexible mineral graphite yarns are impregnated with PTFE as a blocking agent thus creating a non-straining packing recommended to be used widely in general service pumps where a high quality performance product is needed in food industries, pulp & paper mills, sugar mills etc.

Style A20 is a multi-purpose packing that is compatible with virtually most of the industrial fluids. It does not deteriorate due to age, and minimises shaft wear. The inherent properties contribute to the long life of packing rings because of its outstanding mouldability. It may be used in hostile environments of hydrocarbon processing, power generation, oil refineries and other industries where effective sealing is vital
