STYLE A10
PURE EXPANDED FLEXIBLE MINERAL GRAPHITE YARN

Style A10 is constructed from Pure Expanded Flexible Mineral Graphite Tape which is twisted and treated with inhibitors and a blocking agent. The yarn is compositely twisted with threads of pure cotton fibre, or inorganic fibre and or metallic wires.

Style A10 maintains all the properties of the Pure Expanded Mineral Graphite. It is widely used in the manufacturing of gland braided packings, braided sleeves or tubings, woven cloths and woven tapes.
 
Purity of Graphite Content: 98%
Temperature Resistance: -200°C to + 3000°C (non-oxidizing)
-200°C to + 500°C (oxidizing)
-200°C to + 650°C (steam)
Tensile Strength: 1300 psi
Fluid Resistance: 0 -14pH except in fuming nitric, acqua regia and Oleum
Total PPM Typical   Analysis: Leachable Chloride<50, Cl<55, F<11, In<10, S<810, Pb<10, Zn<50, Sn>10, Ag<10, As<50,Cd<50, Sb<50, Hg<0.5,       Bi<10
Ash Content: Less than 0.5%
